From Quality Gardens 1929 catalog: Immense flowers of splendid shape and flaring falls. S. light rosy lilac, shades bronze (pink effect); F. very wide and flaring, bright red, paler at the margin and heavily reticulated at the haft. 40 inches. Foliage of great size and strength.
