I had to respond that I had not heard of it. Henry told me that it was crammed with information on irises and that I would enjoy reading it. Well, I finally found a copy and learned, of course, that no iris library would be worthy of being called such without it. As a reference work for information on specific historic iris cultivars Bulletin 112 is sans pareil!"
For any irisarian interested in accurate, meticulous descriptions of old iris, this bulletin is a must. It is unique in both its detail and its scope. Once you have used it your only criticism will be "why didn't he cover more cultivars!"
